Breakfast was included and offered a variety of options. My room was well-equipped with an electric kettle, climate control, and an iron. - the location was fantastic, right along the seafront and very central. - the hotel was conveniently situated close to both the town center and the bus station.

Overall clean place, staff was very friendly and genuinely helpful. Large and brand-new rooms with incredibly large beds and wake-up service. Great amenities like an electric kettle, climate control, and an iron. Overall comfortable location very close to the lagoon. Also, near the port...

The cosy room was spotless and the bathroom was clean. Having a shower, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries was a bonus. the venue was in a very central location just off the pink lake, the ocean and the city's port.

We had a wonderful stay at Posada Mercy in Rio Lagartos. The staff, including the lovely lady owner, were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast surpassed the usual continental fare and the hotel offers a great flamingo tour with a knowledgeable guide. Despite their limited English, we had no trouble communicating. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with effective air-conditioning and plenty of pillows. The location was perfect, with a view of the water from our room. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to return someday.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the beautiful northern peninsula. The hotel was located right on the lagoon, offering stunning views from the seaview rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The rooms themselves were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a large comfortable bed and fragrant sheets. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious and generous breakfast that was included. It really set me up for the day ahead.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning ocean views that made our mornings even more enjoyable. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety and tastiness of the breakfast provided, which filled us up nicely for our adventures. Additionally, the hotel offered tours to see the local wildlife, such as flamingos and crocodiles, which was a great way to explore the area.
The lack of a safe and fridge in the room was a bit inconvenient, as we would have liked to keep our valuables secure and have cold drinks readily available. We also found it disappointing that there was no access to drinking water, as we have experienced in other hotels during our travels.
